The Rouet spiral vegetable slicer. Stainless steel, aluminum and plastic components. Cuts vegetables and fruits into curly ribbon-like slices. By placing the fruit or vegetable on the prongs of the wheel end and turning the wheel while pushing the base toward the verticle julienne blade, continous spiral strands and curled julienne strips are created. It comes with multiple blades: 5/64" (2mm), 1/4" (6mm) spacing, and a straight blade for ribbon cuts.
