Credit Card Transaction Security:We use the Stronghold secure server, currently the second best selling secure server software, and in our opinion, technically the best product. It supports industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption. NOTE: When you leave the "Show Order" page, to do more shopping, you may receive a warning message that you will be going into an unsecured page. This is normal. The order page (your "shopping cart") where your order is listed, finalized and processed is a secure site to process your credit card transactions

A reminder: your credit card is not billed until your order is ready for shipping,or processing as a special order with our supplier to be shipped direct. Credit card transactions are handled manually in our office, not when you enter your order over our web site.

However...If you prefer to pay by check or money order. Simply choose that payment option from the choices on order form. We'll receive a copy of your order. PLEASE REFERENCE THE ORDER # ON YOUR PAYMENT. Or send in a copy of the order with payment.

When paying by check or money order, we must receive your payment within 7 business days.

*PAYPAL PAYMENTS: When you prefer to pay using Paypal, please WAIT for us to send a Paypal payment request email, DO NOT attempt to send your payment before you hear from us! We will first confirm stock availability for your order and make any necessary adjustments to the order total, THEN you will receive the payment request. This way we can advise you of any out of stock items on your order, etc. (Sorry, but OUT OF STOCK conditions DO HAPPEN!)

Gift Wrapping? Sorry, we do not offer gift wrapping service.

Stock Availability: All items subject to availability. While we try to have many items immediately available with some 7000+ items listed (and growing!) it's not always possible...some items are either drop-shipped from our suppliers' warehouses (shipping within 24-72hrs) or are ordered in on an "as-needed" basis and these usually ship(from our location) within 5-7 business days.

However, occasionally an item may be out of stock with us or our suppliers due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a manufacturer's discontinuing the item; we try not to have long delays, but they do happen and we apologize for any inconvenience. In this instance we will advise you, as soon as we can, an estimated shipping date (this is our best estimate from information received from our supplier); you may cancel your order or leave on backorder until stock arrives.

-->NOTE: If you need your order to arrive by a certain date please let us know in the comment box in the shopping cart section. We will try to accommodate your requirements as best as we can and if we feel we cannot, we will advise you.

We make no promises or claims that your order will be delivered always within a certain amount of time...too many variables.

PRICING: All pricing subject to change. Occasionally a manufacturer will have a price increase, usually we are given advance notice, however, sometimes these changes are not known until new stock is ordered and we have to make adjustments at that time. We try our best to honor the original pricing, if we cannot hold the original price we will notify you of the change and you may cancel your order or ok the new cost.

Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with an item you may return it within 30 days of purchase for credit. See below for return instructions.

To Return Merchandise: Item must be in resaleable condition.

Once you receive authorization from us you must return the item(s) with 7 business days or it will be returned to you or incur an additional restocking charge.

Email first for return authorization, with reason for return. Do not return item until you receive confirmation and instructions on where to return from us. Sorry, but we cannot refund shipping charges back to us. (Unless it was our mistake or defective product).

PLEASE NOTE: Some items may be subject to up to a 30% restocking charge.

Some items come with a manufacturer's warranty with instructions on how to contact the manufacturer directly with warranty issues.

Shipping: Orders will ship from either our Florida stock or drop-shipped from our suppliers. You will be advised via email of any backorders with estimated delivery time. We ship via UPS Ground or Priority Mail via US POSTAL SERVICE at our discretion at the most economical cost to you. If items are drop-shipped from our distributors those will go out UPS GROUND.

If you require rush delivery please email us first so that we may quote you rates and availability. Not all items can be shipped this way.

APO & FPO addresses: While we welcome these orders, we may not be able to ship some items to these addresses. This is based on weight/size of the items...this includes most large office & computer equipment (fax machines, copiers, etc). You will be notified if your order cannot be processed. Also you may have to allow for extra time as merchandise cannot be drop-shipped but will have to be received in our warehouse and sent out by us.

Foreign Orders: We accept foreign orders from a limited list of countries and ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL for payment, NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED ON FOREIGN ORDERS. Please read the International customers information on the button on the left hand side of this page

Shipping/handling charges are based on the total weight of your order. Some items might offer free shipping, this is stated in the item description. Those items will not be calculated for weight in determining shipping charges on your total order.

Any shortages in OR DAMAGE to a shipment must be reported within 3 days of receipt of order. Items damaged in shipment, if you can, take a picture of the damaged item(s) if it will help explain the problem. Wait till we advise how to proceed, do NOT just send the item(s) back to us without contacting us. In some cases you will have to file a claim with the freight carrier and you will have to save the shipping box and all materials to prove your claim.

Sales Tax: Shipments to Florida addresses pay Florida Sales Tax, our only presence is in the state of Florida. For orders to other states we do not collect sales tax, YOU are solely responsible for reporting and paying all sales taxes or any other taxes related to online purchases in your state.

When you place an order with us we naturally have to collect personal information: e-mail address, shipping address, telephone # and credit card information. This information is needed to process your order, and to contact you regarding your order should the need arise. This personal information is not shared, sold, or otherwise distributed with anyone outside Raymond & Co. (on drop-shipments only your shipping address is given to our supplier in order to process your order).
