Instructions Usage Instructions
For Relaxation and General Use: Non-foaming.Can be used in whirlpool , hot tub or
sitz bath preparations. Add amount desired into warm bath water. Allow salts to
dissolve 2-3 minutes.
For specialized , localized applications (feet , hands , elbows , knees etc.):
Add amount desired to warm water in a non-metal container or soak tub and
soak affected part for 20-30 minutes. Rinse off with warm , fresh water.
Pour la detente et lusage general: Non moussant. Peut-etre utilise dans le bain
tourbillon , le baquet chaud , ou les perparations de bain de sitz. Ajouter
quantite desiree dans leau du bain chaud. Permettre aux sels se dissoudre 2-3
minutes.

ou tremper le baquet et tremper la zone affectee pendant 20-30 des minutes.
Rincer a leau douce , chaude.
